Forward thinking, modern accountancy firm looking to recruit one very experienced bookkeeper.

Ideal candidate has varied experience and the necessary bookkeeping qualifications.

Responsibilities and skills to include:

Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles

Completing reconciliations and adjustments to produce accurate information

Preparing and submitting VAT returns under various VAT schemes

Experience of various accounting software systems, most particularly Xero

Can evidence high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Good client interaction skills

Full or part time to suit.

Salary: Starting at £13.20 per hour or more depending on experience.
